Basic Account Management
You can only upload images with a maximum file size of 2048 KB. This is enough for all internet image types. If your image or photo is larger than this, you can simply resize it.

We do encourage you to backup all your images that you place on MyImageHub.com. Though we try our hardest to keep all images online at all times, we do not keep frequent updates of our user files.

Of course! First upload your image. On the My Files page select the images you wish to use and click on the Selected files actions... menu above. Finally, select Generate URL and [IMG] tags option to view the code to include your pictures on a web page.

Photo Album/Public Folders
Private folders can be used to hold pictures that you would like to store online but do not want to show up in your photo album. By using linking codes private images can be included and displayed on other web sites, auctions, or message boards. All public folders will be listed as a photo album.

All users can create a photo album which allows for easy sharing of your pictures. Every user has a link to their photo albums. Anyone who accesses this link will be able to see your photo albums (public folders). To create a photo album you can make a new folder in and selecting 'Public'. To add images you can simply upload or move your pictures into the folder.

You can choose whether or not to allow user comments by visiting the user control panel and viewing your album options. Once you make changes to your settings click the submit button and the changes will be saved.

To manage any images in an album you can make changes to the images or folders on the My Files page. Use the folder controls located under the folder name to make changes.

You can choose whether or not toWhen our web site is dealing with a lot of traffic it can sometimes take up to 30 minutes for changes to an album to show up. If the changes are not showing up after 30 minutes you should contact us about your problem.

Uploading Images
To upload an image you will first need to log in and access the Upload page. If uploading a few pictures at a time, you will simply need to follow the steps on that page. Select the folder you wish to upload to, choose the files you wish to upload (you can select more than one), and click Upload. The uploading process may take several minutes depending on your connection speed.

If you feel that you are following the steps properly and you are still running into errors during uploading please be sure of a few other things. Make sure the image is not open on your computer, be sure that you are not selecting an image off of a CD, and be sure that the image(s) you have selected are real images (try opening them up in your default photo viewing software on your computer). If you continue to run into problems you can contact us.

MyImageHub.com offers a bulk uploader that all registered users can use for free. To access the uploader go to this page or click the link at the top of the Upload page. Please follow the instructions and give the program a few moments to load. You can drag and drop a bunch of selected files or even folders onto the uploader.
